Confirm EMD is received by escrow.

Provide homeowners insurance recommendations.

Confirm appraisal is ordered (if applicable).

Order NHD Report.

Order Home Warranty (if applicable).

Track timelines per contract agreement.

Maintain close contact with all parties involved for status updates as well as items outstanding.

Provide buyer(s) with utility company contact info for transfer prior to close of escrow.

Upload all required documents into SkySlope as they are received or fully executed throughout the transaction.

Finalize the transaction in SkySlope with final closing statement from escrow and communication log.

Send buyer(s) all transaction documents for personal records.

Request testimonial on agent's behalf.
Listing to Close - Seller Transactions

Review fully executed Listing Agreement for completeness.

Open pre-sale escrow and obtain escrow number and preliminary title report.

Review fully executed RPA, counters, amendments, addenda, etc. for completeness.

Prepare and send seller disclosures for signatures.

Confirm EMD is received by escrow.

Confirm appraisal is ordered (if applicable).

Order NHD Report.

Order Home Warranty (if applicable).

Track timelines per contract agreement.

Maintain close contact with all parties involved for status updates as well as items outstanding.
